I'm Andrew, a hands-on vacation rental cohost on Minnesota's North Shore. I work with cabin and lake-home owners in Tofte, Silver Bay and Beaver Bay, including my family's own Lake Superior lodge. I help with the day-to-day work of running a rental—from guest communication and pricing to listings and local operations.

What I Handle as Your Cohost
- Guest communication and reservations: Prompt replies from first inquiry through checkout, clear arrival information, local recommendations, and help resolving guest issues.
- Pricing and booking performance: Dynamic pricing, minimum-stay and gap-night settings, seasonal adjustments, and regular review of how your calendar is booking.
- Listings and direct bookings: Listing titles, descriptions, photo order and amenity details, plus help adding your home to a direct-booking site.
- Property coordination and owner updates: Turnover scheduling, cleaner and vendor coordination, follow-up on reported maintenance, and regular updates about bookings, reviews and property needs.
How We Work Together
We start by talking through your property, goals and current setup. If we’re a good fit, we agree on the responsibilities and communication that make sense for your home. From there, I handle the work we’ve agreed on and keep you informed about bookings, guest feedback and property needs.
Thoughtful Decisions for Your Property
I balance revenue with guest experience and care for the home. When I recommend a pricing, listing or amenity change, I explain the reasoning and watch how it performs. Every property and season is different, so I don’t promise a specific return.
About Andrew
Before North Shore Cohosting, I helped lead my family’s third-generation restaurant, Jake’s Stadium Pizza, in Mankato. My family bought a North Shore cabin in 2022, and hosting there led me to start helping other owners care for and operate their vacation rentals.
